1 Introduction

Accounts where verification is not completed within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals until the process is finalised.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777at platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

5 Bonuses and Promotions

777at offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and sports free bets. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The general principles that apply to all bonuses are set out below.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are treated separately in your account. Real-money funds are used first unless the offer specifies otherwise.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the specific offer terms for contribution rates.

6 Betting and Casino Rules

All bets placed on the 777at sportsbook and all wagers placed in the casino are final once confirmed. The platform does not accept requests to cancel or void bets after they have been placed and accepted, except in specific circumstances outlined below.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as published by the governing body. For cricket, this includes PSL, T20 internationals and all ICC-recognised bilateral and multilateral series.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777at platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of balances and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in games or the betting platform.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games or poker-format games.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without meaningful wagering activity.

777at monitors accounts for unusual activity patterns and reserves the right to investigate any account at any time. During an investigation, withdrawals may be suspended pending the outcome. Where an investigation concludes that prohibited activity has occurred, the account will be closed and winnings may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

777at may suspend or close an account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• At your own request, including via self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at your own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, your remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed within the exclusion period you have chosen.

9 Privacy and Data
